Getting started with OpinionBar - a quick guide to getting the most out of your membership

1. Sign up for a free OpinionBar account

Registration for OpinionBar is free and takes less than two minutes. Rest assured your personal information is safe with us, and participation in our online surveys is anonymous. We will never share your personal details with our clients or third parties. In all the research we publish, we aggregate the responses - so your individual views are never known. Results are published like this "Men prefer product A" or "people aged 24-35 prefer product B". Sign up

2. Tell us your talent and interests

Once you have activated your account, we encourage you to participate in your first profile survey. Tell us about your talents, interests, and background to be selected for our special surveys which earn bigger rewards (e.g. surveys among vegetarians, home owners etc). The more you share, the more OpinionBar can work for you. Sign up

3. Get invited for surveys

When we have a survey that matches your profile you'll receive an invitation by email. The invitation tells you what the survey is about and the rewards you will earn once you complete the survey. Sign up

4. Participate!

Once you receive an invitation, participate! Don't wait too long to take part, since most of our surveys have a limit on the number of responses. As a member you will be asked to take part in a wide range of survey types, from the simple surveys, to online brainstorms, viewing the latest commercials, and even testing products at home (which you may be allowed to keep!). 5. Get paid or donate

Once your balance reaches the required minimum of € 10,00 you can create a payment order or donate the rewards to one of the charities supported by OpinionBar. Payments are issued in the first week of every month. Sign up

7. Your information is safe with us

Your personal details (name, street address, and email address) will never be shared with other parties, and participation in surveys is anonymous. Furthermore, our website supports the SSL encryption, which can be recognized by the closed padlock in your browser. The information (e.g. bank details) is first encrypted by your browser before it is sent to the OpinionBar server.
